Maccentric Chatswood – Apple Service Technician
Position Overview:
Main Duties:
▪ Complement the existing service team and support all aspects of the service operation including:
- Diagnostic procedures for Apple products
- Accurate repair of Apples’ product range to meet Apple repair service agreements and standards
- Maintaining accurate records of all service bookings and activities within our existing service booking program
- Develop a strong working relationship, team-work and respect with other service staff and managers.
- Maintain high levels of customer service, satisfaction and integrity
Education:
(ACMT) Apple certified technician course completed or capable of completion within a short period.
Experience:
Essential
▪ Thorough knowledge of Apple Mac system operation and all standard Apple Mac hardware.
▪ Strong technical aptitude
▪ Mature approach, decision-making and follow up.
Competencies:
Written and Oral Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Technical Aptitude, Learning Ability, Teamwork, Initiative, Adaptability.
Conditions of Employment:
This is a full time positions – Monday to Friday
